Managing Director, Singapore
With over 20 years of experience in the field, Shawn is a well known ticketing professional who brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Managing Director of Singapore.
In his role, he oversees strategy, partnership and ticketing solutions, ensuring a memorable experience for clients and fans in the Singapore market.
Shawn first joined Ticketmaster Singapore as the General Manager, before becoming Managing Director in 2023.
Jim Kotsonis
Regional Vice President, APAC
With a 22-year tenure at Ticketmaster, Jim is an influential and trusted figure.
His role involves taking overall responsibility for the Asia Pacific region and working with all the Managing Directors in each local Asia Pacific market to ensure all operations across the region run smoothly.
Jim first joined Ticketmaster as a Financial Controller before becoming Finance and Operations Director, which led to his current role.
